How long does my order take to ship?

Most orders ship after a short processing period, typically 1-2 business days via Australian Post. You’ll received a confirmation email with tracking information once your package is shipped. Standard domestic delivery usually takes 3-7 business days or longer depending on weekends, holidays and address issues.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this stage International Shipping is not provided.

What is your return policy? 

We want you to love your purchase! However due to handmade and fragile nature of our ceramics, please read our returns policy carefully.

1. We accept returns for defective or damaged items only.

   (minor variations in colour, texture or shape are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.

2. To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issues.

3. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at mandyherbert74@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We will review it and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
